CSR workshop with PTC

This was our first Corporate Social Responsibility workshop, created by Renato Mosca from Training Luxury, and filmed by James Wardell.  The idea is to use the concept of growing your own tree as a parallel to caring in your work place.  By caring and giving without expecting something in return we will see greater benefits for our planet and for our work.  Working is a very important and large part of our lives, so it makes sense to care for it and make it as enjoyable as possible.  We encourage companies to recognise the importance of happy workers, and not just overworked workers.  If companies can get their teams involved in their social responsibility initiatives they will see a much bigger impact on the people most important to them.
