We were inspired by the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. He found it very important to have special rooms for tree tenants with open rooms, so they could grow outside. The tree tenant pays his rent in much more valuable currency than the humans, because it creates oxygen, improves the city climate and mutes noise. What we are going to do is plant trees on balconies. Give every balcony a tree and create a vertical forest!
