Today I’m honouring Earth Day by re-planting some of my Agapanthus from my garden to another place so that I share their beauty with others. I’ve also organised a special ceremony using crystals  –  after all crystals come from deep within the earth to help and heal us. If you’re not able to plant anything why not just take a few minutes out of your day to find a quiet green place, kick off your shoes, close your eyes and stand tall, feeling solid and connected with Mother Earth beneath your feet, fully supporting you.
