This lemon tree has a great story: when it was one year old it was eaten by goats that found it particularly tasty;  it grew back and later was accidentally cut together with the weeds that covered it; it grew back and got burnt by frost in a particular cold winter, and I decided to make it MIA. This year it grew back!!  This tree was the last Father’s Day gift I offered to my father and, like him, it is a true warrior and an example of courage, strength and resilience.
