Thanksgiving Tree Planting Day, the Tree of WaLa.

Thanksgiving day is a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year and also to think about the less fortunate. What better way to give thanks than to plant a tree to help restore our natural resources and create a healthier planet that can look after all of us.

On the 28th of November we have planted a tree to say thanks and to give back to nature. The Thanksgiving Tree Planting Day was initiated by ForestNation and we were happy to be part of this worldwide project. We planted a tree next to the entrance of WaLa, Gelato Parlor at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran. The CV Kamala gardeners started digging, followed by our General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, F&B director and many more enthusiastic diggers from our team. Big thanks to all of them for making this event a great success.
