Our social responsibility

Katalyst Technologies have over 1200 employees with operations in North America, Asia, and Europe, and are committed to operating responsibly throughout the world. Our previous Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives have been in a variety of important areas which include Diversity and Inclusion, Education and Training, Community, Ethics and Compliance, Health and Safety, and Environmental Sustainability.

The individual actions of our employees make a difference, by helping their fellow employees, and by being good citizens in their communities. We all contribute whenever we turn off unused lights, follow safety precautions, volunteer in our communities or solve client problems. We take these actions not because we must but simply because we care. We want to create positive results in the world, and we are given choices and opportunities to make a difference. When all of our efforts are reviewed, they reveal our ongoing commitment to operational and social responsibility to make this world better together.

We are proud of all our efforts towards building a sustainable society, but we are most proud of our efforts where we helped create a ‘lunch shed’ for a Government school in a village in India and most recently our efforts of being able to provide freshly prepared meals for people battling Cancer in association with Culinary Care.
