Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.

This includes for example: registering your account; checkout processing; posting content like tree posts and ,making comments on our website; taking courses and quizzes, collecting points called SEEDS, some basic social community features, providing you with products and services that you have requested; communicating with you about your interactions with our website and the amazing impact we create together; notifying you of changes to any services; enhance your customer experience; fulfill an obligation under law or contract.

On the grounds of entering into a contract or fulfilling contractual obligations, we Process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

- to empower you to give your voice by written testimonials to support the the creation of ForestNation for Mother Earth.
As long as you have not informed us otherwise, we consider requesting that you plant trees to support our mission and offering you products/services that are similar or same to your purchasing history/browsing behaviour to be our legitimate interest.
With your consent we Process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- to send you newsletters and campaign offers (from us and/or our carefully selected partners);
- for other purposes we have asked your consent for;
- to generate funds for our mission.
We Process your Personal Data in order to fulfill obligations rising from law and/or use your Personal Data for options provided by law. The cookie is used to identify individual clients behind a shared IP address and apply security settings on a per-client basis. WordPress Commenter Cookies
When you comment on our website, you get cookies stored on your computer for convenience, so that you don’t need to retype all your information again when you want to leave another comment. The commenter cookies are set to expire a little under one year from the time they’re set.
We use Stripe payment gateway to process payments if you select to pay by card. These cookies are essential to process your payment.
We use Woocommerce, a wordpress plugin, to create our shopping process and tree planting process. Theses Woocommerce cookies are essential for this process to work properly.
