Our Social Responsibility

We are proud to be involved in many projects to improve biodiversity in and around our plants. This has included creating better habitats for wildlife and planting many thousands of trees.

It is also important to consider the impact we have on the local communities around our businesses, so we play an active role in supporting good causes and initiatives where we can help.

Globally, Encirc is playing a leading role in helping to make glass the most environmentally friendly material of all packaging types. This has included partnership trials to eliminate fossil fuels from glass melting, creating a path towards a NET Zero future for our sector.
