Vidrala makes beautiful and sustainable glass containers in 8 sites across 4 countries in Europe. 

Employing more than 3,500 people, Vidrala has a “Glass Made Good” philosophy, which means we place People, Place, Planet and Prosperity at the heart of our activities.   

As a business we are tackling all aspects of sustainability, and initiatives have included planting thousands of trees around our plants, using sustainable power where we can and working with our local communities.

Importantly, Vidrala is also playing a leading role globally in setting a path to decarbonise the container glass industry with partnership work on the development of ultra-low carbon furnaces.
