1 Tree Planted for Every Attendee
Starting in 2023, Smart Manufacturing Week planted 3380 trees in our forest, marking the first time that the show had a dedicated program towards sustainability and offsetting carbon emissions by planting a tree for each one of our 10,355 attendees.

Moving into 2024, as the show grew, we were delighted to smash the record planting 24,847 to reflect our attendance of 13,428 people through the doors over the 2 days, an over 30% increase on the previous year.
Looking forward to 2025, we are committed to growing the project even further and making our forest a true reflection of the show’s emphasis on sustainability and net zero. The next edition of the show is set to be our biggest yet, with new features, more exhibitors, and of course more trees planted!
