In 2023 we will launch OXXA® Eco: a line of 12 premium work gloves that not only protect you, but also the environment. These work gloves vary from disposables to cutting class E work gloves, so that we can offer an ecological alternative for as many applications as possible.

The shipping of our products makes up a large part of OXXA’s carbon emissions. Therefore, we take measures to reduce this impact.

We do this, among other things, by teaming up with Shypple and Forest Nation. Together we gain insights in all the emissions of our shipments and plant trees accordingly. Through this, we manage to improve the impact of our transportation on the environment.

At OXXA, we believe in protecting life. By planting trees and thus fighting deforestation, we aim to stay true to that, and protect and support all life.

We are happy to announce that we are cooperating with Forest Nation to compensate the carbon emissions of our E-Future-Nitrile gloves. This glove is part of our new ECO portfolio of OXXA work gloves. Therefore, we’re making sure that we take measures in all steps of its life cycle to lower our impact on the environment.

By planting trees we account for the production, transportation and end-of-life emissions of the gloves. We plant 40 trees per tonne CO2 that we emit. In this way, we are able to compensate emissions over it’s entire lifecycle.
