Starting in 2023, Smart Manufacturing Week planted 3380 trees in our forest, marking the first time that the show had a dedicated program towards sustainability and offsetting carbon emissions by planting a tree for each one of our 10,355 attendees.

In 2024 as the show grew, we were delighted to smash the record planting 24,847 to reflect our attendance of 13,428 people through the doors over the 2 days, an over 30% increase on the previous year.
The show hosted its 4th edition on the 4-5 June 2025 for the biggest edition yet, with over 13,500 attendees. We’re more fired up than ever to keep growing the forest – turning it into a vibrant, living symbol of the show’s bold commitment to sustainability and net zero!
