Earth Day ‘Nature Walk To Plant’ For Employees

In 2023, Logitech expanded its Earth Day initiatives to include a unique employee engagement program that combined physical activity, nature appreciation, and environmental impact.

    • Employees were encouraged to participate in nature walks on April 23rd, 2023
    • For each photo posted by employees of their nature walk, Logitech planted trees in their Forest in Tanzania
    • This initiative aimed to connect employees with their local environments while contributing to global reforestation efforts

    Earth Day Give-Back Campaign Engaging Customers

    Building on the success of their employee-focused initiatives, Logitech expanded their Earth Day efforts to include customers in 2023 and 2024.

    • Logitech invited their customers and partners including Google, EY etc. to plant trees in the Logitech Forest.
    • They were also invited to play sustainability quizzes and plant more trees.

    By May 2024, Logitech planted more than 31,000 trees in Tanzania, creating 1,200+ work hours.

      LogiPLAY Recycle To Plant Campaign

      In 2024, Logitech launched the Logi PLAY give back campaign, combining gaming enthusiasm with environmental responsibility.

      • Ran from September 17 to September 29, 2024
      • Encouraged recycling of old, unusable electronics at participating stores
      • For each recycled product, Logitech committed to planting a tree in Tanzania
      • Set a goal to plant 20,000 trees during the campaign period
      • Created a separate Logi PLAY Forest profile, custom-designed with ForestNation’s support
      • Promoted the give-back initiative on their landing pages and through various channels
