Plant With Us in Kenya

Our main goal with this project is to plant 100 million trees to restore 10,000 hectares of land in the great Lake Victoria Basin in Kisumu, Kenya.

Where We Plant

In the Lake basin where we plant, heavy deforestation has ruined the indigenous forests which provided livelihoods of many indigenous people. We aim to restore indigenous ecosystems for sustainable food production and living that improves quality of life for the surrounding communities in a number of ways.

Regenerative Agroforestry

We promote safe natural farming and agroforestry principles through Zero Digging, Zero Watering, Zero Weeding, Zero Chemicals, Zero Pesticides, Zero Herbicides, Zero Mulluscides and Zero Fungicides Farming techniques.

We protect the rights of indigenous ecosystems, human and environmental health safety and prosperity.

Empowering the Community

Our work includes free workshops and training courses, including online, offsite and onsite trainings to children, youth, pupils, students, people with special needs and refugees.

Community units cultivate and sell the produce. They practice regenerative techniques within the project area and at their households.

Native Trees We Plant in Kenya

Fruit: Pineapple, Banana, Orange, Mango, Jambolan, Guava, etc.

Forest: Coffee, Cashew, Bamboo, Acacia, Neem, Mahogany, etc.

To ensure high survival rates, each tree we grow is from the same forest—same macro climate, same soil, same ecosystem.

ForestNation Certified

All trees absorb C02, offset carbon emissions and create sustainable livelihoods.
