I received the tree seeds as a prize in class. I have planted two trees in my backyard already (a Douglas Fir, the Oregon state tree, and a Maple). I like to plant the trees and take care of them and watch them grow.

Trees are critical to life on Earth and too many are cut down each day. We are planting this tree to help provide oxygen to our atmosphere and shade to our planet and just because they’re beautiful!

I never think about redbud trees but I saw one and got some immature seeds off it that did not sprout. Then this tree arrived in the mail. I feel like I sensed it was on the way. So it must be special.
