ForestNation Shop Terms (the “Fun Legal Bits”) ?

1. Who We Are
We’re ForestNation Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). When you buy from us, you help plant more trees—so thank you!
2. What You Can Buy

*Delivery times are estimates—postal gremlins can cause hiccups.
3. Ordering & Payment
- You must be 18 + or have guardian permission.
- Your card details are encrypted end-to-end.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order (fraud filters, stock issues, or suspicious tree-hoarding).
4. Shipping
- Tree Kits leave our nursery 1–2 business days after payment.
- USPS Priority gets them to you in 3–5 business days.
- Tracking numbers sprout in your inbox once shipped.
- We currently can’t ship Tree Kits outside the USA (imports are tough on tiny seedlings).
5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods
- Change your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Unopened kits only, please.
- You cover return shipping; we’ll refund the product price once safely back with us.
- Received a crushed cup or missing seeds? Email a photo within 7 days and we’ll send a free replacement—our treat.
Digital Gift Stories can’t be “returned” once sent (kind of like a hug), but if something’s wrong, let us know and we’ll fix it.
6. Using Our Site
- Don’t break the law, spam, hack, or upload anything nasty.
- All site content (text, pics, code) is ours—please don’t copy without permission.
- We can update prices, products, or these terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best, but life (and nature) is unpredictable. ForestNation isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or cosmic damages beyond the value of your purchase. Some states don’t allow this cap—if that’s you, the maximum allowed by law applies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of London, UK (our corporate roots). Any disputes sprout there.
