She is known as “the girl that silenced the world”. Back in 1992 a girl held a speech at the United Nations Earth Summit trying to make a difference. She spoke on behalf of children around the world, and with good reason – she sought a better future, a better world for her generation and for generations to come.
It was back in 1992, and a good question to ask yourself is, have you changed anything since then? Is a better future for our children on your list of priorities and what are you doing about it?
Don’t ignore the pleas of our children, because they are the ones who will stay behind and inherit our planet. You can take small steps by planting your own tree, recycle, and save water… And remember –
