Hyve Solutions needed 3,316 Tree Kit Pouches prepared and distributed across four US locations for an Earth Day campaign. When the final shipping details were confirmed close to the event, ForestNation reorganized the fulfillment plan, coordinated 15 separate shipments, and kept the campaign moving toward its delivery deadline.

Hyve Solutions: Delivering 3,316 Tree Kits Across Four US Locations for Earth Day

Background

Hyve Solutions wanted to give employees across several US locations a practical way to participate in Earth Day.

The campaign centred on 3,316 label-branded Tree Kit Pouches containing Thornless Honeylocust seeds. The Tree Kits needed to reach teams in California, Mississippi, Nevada, and South Carolina before the campaign launch.

What began as one large order quickly became a multi-location fulfillment project with a fixed deadline and very little room for delay.

The challenge: a large multi-location delivery on a compressed timeline

The order had several moving parts:

  • 3,316 Tree Kit Pouches had to be prepared
  • the Tree Kits needed to be divided between four locations
  • the largest allocations had to be packed across multiple boxes
  • final delivery details were needed before shipping could begin
  • production and fulfillment were taking place close to Earth Day

The order was confirmed and production began in early April. The final shipping details were confirmed on April 16, leaving only a few days before the April 22 campaign launch.

At that point, the challenge was no longer simply preparing the Tree Kits. ForestNation needed to turn one large order into a precise, trackable shipping plan and move it into transit immediately.

The solution: rebuilding the fulfillment plan around four destinations

ForestNation worked with the US assembly team to complete the Tree Kits and divide the campaign into 15 separate boxes.

The final allocation was:

  • 1,600 Tree Kits for Fremont, California, packed into eight boxes
  • 1,500 Tree Kits for Olive Branch, Mississippi, packed into five boxes
  • 180 Tree Kits for Carson City, Nevada, packed into one box
  • 36 Tree Kits for Greenville, South Carolina, packed into one box

Once the final shipping details were confirmed, the team created the individual shipment records, checked the quantities for each box, and prepared everything for dispatch.

All 15 boxes shipped on Friday, April 17 using USPS Priority Mail. ForestNation continued monitoring the shipments and coordinating with Hyve Solutions as the Tree Kits travelled to each location.

The results: 3,316 Tree Kits delivered across four locations

Despite the compressed final window, the campaign moved from final confirmation to shipment in less than one working day.

  • 3,316 label-branded Tree Kit Pouches
  • 15 tracked shipments
  • four delivery locations across the United States
  • one coordinated Earth Day campaign for employees in different regions

Every shipment is recorded as delivered in ForestNation’s fulfillment records.

The work behind the campaign was largely invisible to the recipients. Each location received its own allocation, while Hyve Solutions had one team coordinating the project with ForestNation.

Implementation timeline

  • March 30: Hyve Solutions confirms the Earth Day Tree Kit campaign and the main order requirements.
  • April 7: The order is confirmed and production continues.
  • April 16: The final shipping details are confirmed and ForestNation finalises the shipment plan.
  • April 17: The order is divided into 15 shipments and dispatched to four US locations using USPS Priority Mail.
  • April 22: Hyve Solutions Earth Day campaign launches.
  • After delivery: ForestNation follows up with Hyve Solutions and confirms the fulfillment records for all shipments.

Takeaway: complex fulfillment should still feel simple for the client

A campaign involving thousands of gifts, four destinations, and a fixed event date can change quickly as final details arrive.

The key is having a team that can adapt the fulfillment plan without losing control of the quantities, addresses, or deadline.

For Hyve Solutions, ForestNation turned one large order into 15 coordinated shipments and kept the campaign moving when the final window became tight.
