A Forest Dreams …..

Inivitation –

We are gathering on Earth Day for 2016 to be together:

12 midday – Sing for the Trees 

1 pm – 1 year ago ~ sharing who we were last year at this time
Reflection & Meditation (good weather, we can do it!)

2 pm – Movement ~ a warmup for the rest of the day (perhaps for the dance at Karima’s) either Yoga, dance, or other conscious movement among the trees & its community

3 pm – If we have time for an activity similar to 2015’s that of making art in nature then this will be the time for it (or earlier, e.g. at 10 on Holy Island with a talk from Woodland League officer Andrew St Ledger), or perhaps a healing Sound Bath with local practitioners . . .

4 pm – Closing “Forest Dreams” & slán abhaile  ….  safe home until next we meet

There will be a conscious dance (5 Rhythms wave) at Karima’s Studio in Tuamgraney (ca 10 mins away by car) from 8pm
with Bring & Share buffet after the dance
with community jam (bring your musical instruments etc)
